Payment Policy
Checkout submits an order for review and confirmation. It does not take a card payment, open a credit account or authorize an automatic debit.
Prices and currency
All displayed prices and order totals are in US dollars. Product prices are per individual piece, not per square foot, pallet or pack unless expressly stated otherwise. Each currently listed product is supplied as one piece in natural gray. Prices include applicable sales tax; the checkout tax line is zero because no additional amount is collected there. The merchandise price, quantity and fixed delivery charges are shown before submission. Review these amounts rather than estimating a total from a photograph.
Local freight and handling
Delivery is limited to Aurora, Colorado street addresses in ZIP codes 80010, 80011, 80012, 80013, 80014, 80015, 80016, 80017, 80018 and 80019. Freight is $95 and handling is $25, a fixed $120 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. These two amounts are charged once per order, not once per product. The combined $120 appears in the checkout shipping total. A successful submission with a destination inside the local zone does not authorize an undisclosed access surcharge. If the destination cannot safely receive the agreed curbside delivery, we discuss an eligible alternative or cancellation before you pay. No expedited-delivery or installation charge is silently added.
Written confirmation before payment
After receiving your submission, we review the selected products, quantities and delivery details. We aim to contact you within 2 business days. A written confirmation should identify the order reference, merchandise lines, total, delivery address and expected schedule. Check these details carefully and tell us about any error before approving. The reference shown on the thank-you page means the submission was received; it is not a statement that funds have been taken or that dispatch has occurred.
Bank transfer procedure
Payment is by bank transfer only after you approve the written order confirmation. We provide payment instructions through the agreed correspondence, not through a public product page. No banking credentials are requested at checkout. Reference your order exactly when arranging payment. Do not transfer money if the amount, beneficiary details or request differs unexpectedly from the confirmation; contact us using the telephone number or email published on this site to verify it. We do not offer installments, cash-on-delivery or a simulated card gateway.
Timing and changes
Please arrange the agreed transfer within 5 business days after the written confirmation unless another date is agreed in writing. Preparation begins after cleared funds and final confirmation, not from the moment a browser form is submitted. If payment is delayed, we may need to confirm availability and schedule again before proceeding. Tell us if your transfer is pending so we can avoid a mistaken duplicate request. Do not send a second payment merely because your bank has not yet marked the first one complete.
Failed submissions and duplicate concerns
If checkout shows an error, read the message and correct the stated issue. Your cart and entered details remain available when submission cannot be completed. A retry after an error does not require payment because the form has no payment integration. If you see an order reference and later lose the page, contact us with that reference before submitting again. If you believe the same order or payment was duplicated, send the references and dates, but do not send a bank password or full account statement.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds follow the Returns Policy: assessment within 5 business days of receiving returned goods, then refund initiation within 10 business days after approval. Original delivery charges are not refunded for a correctly fulfilled change-of-mind return; verified fulfillment errors are handled without customer return freight. If a bank needs additional information to match a refund, we will request only what is necessary through a direct exchange. We do not promise instant bank settlement.
