Returns Policy
This policy distinguishes unused change-of-mind returns from incorrect or damaged concrete pieces. Do not ship heavy goods back without an agreed return arrangement.
Return window and eligibility
Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, unsealed, unpainted and in the condition received, with all supplied pieces included. Protect corners and surfaces while the request is reviewed. Installed pieces, cut pieces and goods altered with adhesives, coatings or other treatments are not eligible for a change-of-mind return because their condition cannot be restored. This exclusion does not limit remedies for a defect that existed when supplied.
How to start a return
Contact [email protected] with the order reference, product names, quantities, delivery date and reason. Attach clear photographs of the complete pieces and any affected edges or surfaces. We aim to respond within 2 business days with questions or a proposed arrangement. If you cannot send photographs, call +1 7194972948 to discuss another way to identify the problem. Do not send a new order as a replacement request; reference the existing order so payments and quantities can be reconciled.
Change-of-mind costs
There is no restocking fee. The original $95 freight and $25 handling charge is not refundable for a correctly fulfilled change-of-mind order once delivery has taken place. You are responsible for the reasonable cost of returning eligible goods; because concrete is heavy, ask for a written collection quote before deciding. We do not publish a fictional parcel-return rate or deduct an unapproved collection amount. You may decline the quote and arrange a suitable insured return method after we agree the destination and receiving time.
Damaged, wrong or incomplete goods
Report visible damage or missing pieces within 48 hours where possible, with a count and photographs taken before installation. Retain the packaging if available. A report after 48 hours will still be considered, especially for a problem not visible on arrival. If fulfillment damage, a wrong product or a verified defect is our responsibility, we arrange the appropriate collection or replacement without charging you return freight. We will discuss replacement, a refund for the affected pieces or another remedy that you agree to; do not discard the pieces until we give instructions.
Material appearance and dimensions
Natural concrete may show pores, small edge irregularities and shade differences. Dimensions are nominal with up to ⅛ in variation, and listed weights are approximate. These disclosed features are not, by themselves, evidence of damage. A substantial crack, incorrect silhouette or material difference from the stated construction should be reported for assessment. Photographs are a guide to the whole profile; they are not a promise that every pore will occupy the same position. If you are unsure, contact us before sealing or installing the piece.
Return routing and refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we aim to confirm the outcome within 5 business days and issue an approved refund within 10 business days after approval. Refunds use the original payment route where practical. Your bank may require additional processing time. We will explain any proposed reduction for damage caused after receipt before applying it, with reasons and supporting details.
Cancellation and unresolved cases
An unconfirmed order may be canceled by contacting us with its reference. For a confirmed order, contact us before dispatch; we will explain whether preparation or transport has already started and obtain agreement to any applicable arrangement rather than inventing a penalty.
