This shop provides product information, order handling and local delivery coordination for precast concrete merchandise. It does not sell contractor labor.
What the service covers
We support selection of the ten listed concrete forms, clarification of published measurements, quantity changes before confirmation, delivery access questions and after-delivery product concerns. Support is tied to physical merchandise purchased from J A R CONCRETE LLC. We do not offer poured concrete, excavation, installation, engineering, surveying or design approval. A discussion about a shape does not become a promise that it will suit a particular site or replace advice from someone who has inspected the ground.
Selection assistance
For a useful answer, send the product name or SKU, the measurement you are comparing and a description of the intended pedestrian landscape use. For curbs, explain whether you need a straight, rounded, scalloped, L-shaped or curved profile. For paving, compare the footprint and surface texture. A photograph of your proposed location may help explain a question, but do not include people or sensitive documents. We can clarify our own listed dimensions; we cannot verify hidden services, drainage, ground bearing conditions or local project requirements remotely.

Order review and delivery coordination
Delivery is limited to Aurora, Colorado street addresses in ZIP codes 80010, 80011, 80012, 80013, 80014, 80015, 80016, 80017, 80018 and 80019. Freight is $95 and handling is $25, a fixed $120 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. Preparation generally takes 3–5 business days after written confirmation and cleared payment, followed by 2–5 business days for delivery. We confirm a safe curbside receiving point. Carrying, installation and placement within a landscape are outside the service. An address or access problem must be resolved before dispatch; a ZIP code being listed does not prove a particular gate, slope or driveway can receive heavy goods.
Changes and cancellations
For an unconfirmed order, send the reference and the precise lines to change or cancel. We will confirm the revised status in writing. Once a confirmation has been approved, contact us immediately rather than editing a second cart and assuming the first has disappeared. We check whether preparation or dispatch has begun and explain the available options. No replacement order, extra visit or unapproved fee is created automatically. If an agreed appointment must change because of unsafe access or weather, we will discuss a new date or cancellation before proceeding.
After-delivery support
Count and inspect pieces before installation. For damage, missing goods or a profile mismatch, send the reference, quantities and clear photographs as soon as practical, preferably within 48 hours for visible issues. Keep the goods available and do not install a cracked piece while a remedy is being discussed. The Returns Policy explains the 30-day unused return window, return routing, costs and refund timing. There is no paid extended-support subscription, separate installation warranty or invented performance certification attached to a purchase.
Care boundaries and escalation
Clean concrete with water and a soft brush. Avoid acid cleaners, deicing salts and aggressive pressure near edges. Plan safe lifting around the approximate piece weights and protect corners during handling. These general notes are not a site-specific safety method.
