Privacy Policy
This policy explains the personal information used when you browse, build a cart, submit an order or contact J A R CONCRETE LLC. It does not ask you to consent to advertising tracking.
Information you provide
Checkout requests your name, email address, telephone number, street address, city, state and ZIP code. You may add access or order notes, and the form records your agreement to the Terms and this policy. We also retain the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery amount, currency, order reference and submission time. Correspondence may contain details you send while clarifying a selection or resolving a delivery issue. Please do not put passwords, payment credentials, medical information or unrelated personal details in the notes field.
Why information is used
Contact and address information is used to review the order, check the local delivery zone, confirm access, arrange the agreed payment and respond to product or return questions. Product lines and totals allow us to identify the transaction and investigate a mismatch without asking you to recreate the cart. Form security information helps prevent unauthorized submissions and duplicate saves. We do not use checkout as a newsletter enrollment form. No optional advertising or analytics trackers are installed by this storefront.
Cart, draft and browser state
A necessary session identifier connects your browser to its cart, checkout draft and form-security token. The session has a maximum life of 12 hours from its start. Your draft can remain available when an address validation or temporary submission error occurs, so you can correct the issue without retyping every field. A successful save clears the active cart and checkout draft. Cookie preferences are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. See the Cookie Policy for how to reopen the settings and remove local choices.
Retention and deletion
Order records are retained for up to 365 days in this storefront’s order storage. Session data is retained for up to 12 hours. Expired session and order files are removed by request-triggered cleanup, so removal occurs when the site next processes a request rather than at a guaranteed clock instant. If you contact us about a record, provide its reference and enough information to identify yourself. We will explain any limitation on deletion where a record must be retained to resolve the transaction or meet an applicable requirement, rather than promise immediate erasure in every circumstance.
Access and necessary sharing
Information is used for order handling and the services needed to host the storefront and fulfill the agreed local delivery. Only the information necessary for the relevant task should be used; a delivery arrangement does not require your banking password or unrelated correspondence. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Hosting systems may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, requested path and browser data for operation and security. We do not claim that those systems collect no technical data or that every intermediary has identical retention settings.
Security and customer choices
The storefront uses secure browser transport and restricted order storage. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every device, network or message is secure. Protect your own device and avoid sending sensitive payment information by email. You can browse product pages without submitting contact data. Blocking necessary session cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working; it does not create a marketing opt-out because marketing cookies are not used. You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your order. We aim to acknowledge a request within 5 business days and explain the next step or required identity check.
Requests, children and changes
This retail checkout is not intended for children to submit personal information independently. Contact us if information was submitted without proper authority. Direct privacy questions to the merchant contact below, stating “Privacy request” and an order reference if available. Do not attach an identity document unless we explain why a proportionate check is necessary and how to provide it. Future changes to this policy will appear here; for a past order, keep the notice and correspondence that applied at the time.
