Shipping Policy
Precast concrete is heavy merchandise. Read the local zone, access requirements and delivery charges before submitting an order.
Local territory and charges
Delivery is limited to Aurora, Colorado street addresses in ZIP codes 80010, 80011, 80012, 80013, 80014, 80015, 80016, 80017, 80018 and 80019. Freight is $95 and handling is $25, a fixed $120 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. The charge is calculated at checkout in addition to the merchandise subtotal, regardless of the number of different products. Prices include applicable sales tax; no additional tax amount is added. We do not offer nationwide parcel shipping, PO-box delivery or an online pickup option. An address outside this territory cannot complete checkout.
Preparation and delivery timing
Allow 3–5 business days for preparation after written confirmation and cleared payment, then 2–5 business days for delivery. The expected total is 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Submission alone does not start this period. We will discuss a delivery date and access requirements before dispatch. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed appointment times. If weather or safe-access conditions change, we will explain the revised schedule and you may discuss cancellation before dispatch.
Before you confirm
Provide the actual delivery street address, ZIP code, a working telephone number and clear notes about narrow approaches, gates, steep slopes or parking restrictions. Tell us if the destination cannot receive a heavy delivery at street level. Do not assume that a residential driveway, shared entrance or landscaped area can be used. We confirm an accessible curbside location before accepting the delivery arrangement. If the proposed location is unsafe, we will not promise delivery there; you may choose a suitable eligible address or cancel before dispatch.
What delivery includes
The $120 charge covers handling and a single scheduled curbside delivery to the agreed address. It does not include moving pieces through a building, placement in a garden, carrying upstairs, excavation, installation or removal of existing materials. Individual units weigh approximately 11–47 lb; consider safe assistance and suitable handling equipment when arranging movement from the receiving point. Keep children and bystanders away from the unloading area. We do not provide installation services through this shop.
Changes, missed access and delays
Ask for an address or quantity change before the written confirmation is approved. After approval, contact us immediately; do not submit a second order to replace the first. If dispatch has not occurred, we will confirm whether the change can be made and give a revised total. If access is unavailable at an agreed appointment, contact us promptly to arrange a solution. Any proposed repeat-delivery cost must be separately quoted and approved before another visit; it is not charged automatically. You may ask about cancellation and the status of any payment.
Inspecting the delivery
Count pieces and compare the product names and profiles with the confirmation before moving them into use. Photograph packaging and visible damage as soon as practical, and notify us within 48 hours for the fastest investigation. This reporting request does not remove rights for defects discovered later. Do not install a cracked or incorrect piece. Keep the affected pieces available while we arrange a remedy. A packing error or damage attributable to fulfillment is handled without charging you return freight; see the Returns Policy for the available remedies and refund timing.
