These terms govern use of this retail website and orders for the listed precast concrete pieces. Read them together with the separate product, payment, delivery and returns information.
Merchant and retail scope

No contractor labor, poured concrete or installation is included. The catalog is directed to adults able to arrange a purchase and a safe receiving location within our stated Colorado delivery zone. If someone submits on behalf of a business or another person, they should have permission to provide the contact information and approve the proposed order.
Product descriptions and intended use
The offered pieces are for pedestrian landscapes. They are not represented as structural components, retaining-wall systems or products for vehicle use. No load rating or certification is implied. Read the whole product description, profile, nominal dimensions and approximate weight. Dimensions may vary by up to ⅛ in, and natural concrete shade, pores and small edge irregularities differ. Product photographs show the intended whole form and surface character, not an exact map of every natural mark. Ask before ordering if a particular measurement is critical.
Submitting and confirming an order
Select the product and checked one-piece option, enter a quantity from 1 to 20 for each line, review the cart and complete contact and delivery fields. Checkout validates the destination and asks you to agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Submission produces a reference for our review, not an immediate payment or dispatch. We aim to contact you within 2 business days. An order is accepted only when the written product, price and delivery confirmation is approved and the agreed payment arrangement is completed.
Prices, delivery and access
All prices are in USD and include applicable sales tax; no additional tax amount is added at checkout. Delivery is limited to Aurora, Colorado street addresses in ZIP codes 80010, 80011, 80012, 80013, 80014, 80015, 80016, 80017, 80018 and 80019. Freight is $95 and handling is $25, a fixed $120 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. The $120 total covers a single agreed curbside delivery, not interior carrying, garden placement or installation. Preparation is estimated at 3–5 business days after written confirmation and cleared payment, followed by 2–5 delivery business days. Tell us about restrictions before confirming; unsafe access must be resolved rather than assumed possible.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is by bank transfer after written confirmation. We do not collect card data or banking credentials in the browser. Verify unexpected changes to payment instructions using our published contact details. Ask to cancel or amend an unconfirmed order by its reference. After confirmation, contact us promptly so we can check whether preparation or dispatch has begun. Any proposed change to cost or timing must be explained and agreed, not silently substituted. If a listed price or description contains an obvious error, we will clarify it before acceptance and you may decline the corrected offer.
Receipt, returns and remedies
Inspect the delivery, count pieces and keep evidence of visible damage. Report visible issues within 48 hours where practical; this does not exclude later reports of problems not apparent at receipt. Unused and unaltered goods may be requested for a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days. There is no restocking fee, but original delivery is not refundable for a correctly fulfilled change-of-mind order and you pay an agreed return cost. For verified fulfillment errors or defects, we arrange the appropriate remedy without charging customer return freight. Read the Returns Policy before sending heavy goods back.
Website use and resolving concerns
Do not misuse checkout, submit another person’s data without authority or interfere with the security of the site. Necessary session information keeps the cart and forms working; the Privacy and Cookie Policies explain retention and choices.
